RULES AND REGULATIONS
All exhibits must be in Wednesday evening, September 13, by
7:30 P. M., except live stock. Judging will be done at 10:00 A. M.
the day of the Fair. No exhibit to be removed before 8:00 P. M.,
except by special permission from the President of the Fair. The
Association reserves the right to withold any premiums if it thinks
the exhibit unworthy of them. The exhibit must be made or grown by
the exhibitor only. All prizes amounting to more than $1.00 will be
paid by check as promptly as possible. Prizes amounting to less than
$1.00 will be paid in cash soon after the Fair. No responsibility will
be assumed by the Fair authorities for losses or accidents of any kind
to the exhibits while in place or when en route. No exhibitor to make
more than one entry in any one class, for example: Baldwin Apples
in one class, Carrots one, R. I. Red Pullets one, or Asters one.

ing Agricultural Prize Money to the amount of $75 for the premiums
in this list. Also 3 rosettes to be awarded in the Fruit, Vegetable and
Flower Dept.
Your Purchases Can Help to
Promote Local Industries
By increasing money circulation in your vicin-
ity, it helps those, who like yourself are supporting
our institutions, paying taxes and contributing to the
general welfare of the community in which you live
and raise your family. It is not necessary to buy
blindly on patriotism to locality at a detriment to
your best interests. It is the manufacturers obliga-
tion to justify your patronage if he wants to sur-
vive. If quality of service and materials or products
‘are satisfactory, the nearer at home one’s purchases
are made, the more the probability that some of
that purchase money will soon find its way back
into one’s own business.
